【Making Steps:】1. soften the cream cheese at room temperature in advance
- Zest lemon by Ourokhome lemon zester.
- Use Ourokhome rotary cheese grater grater mozzarella.
- Mix cream cheese with sugar, light cream, lemon zest and juice. Refrigerate until smooth.
- Melt butter and set aside.
- Mix Middle Eastern puff pastry with melted butter.
- Grease a pan with the butter and brown sugar mixture.
- Scatter half of the buttered puff pastry, spread flat and press firmly.
- Squeeze the cream cheese filling in the middle, and spread with grated mozzarella.
- Top with another layer of buttered puff pastry, flatten and firm.
- Fry on both sides until golden brown and crispy and the mozzarella melts.
- Pour sugar water over the pan and sprinkle green pistachio nuts on the surface to decorate.
